Sydney’s Eastern Creek
The development of the Wonderland Project in Sydney, Australia represents WHB’s pioneer overseas venture. WHB’s interest in this venture is through it’s 40% interest in Hartford Lane Pty Ltd (HLPL).
HLPL originally owned 219 hectares of land in the Sydney western suburb earmarked for the development of business park. 119 hectares of the land has been developed, of which part of the development is knows as Eastern Creek Business Park.
Currently, we are developing Eastern Creek Business Park 3, a logistics park involving development of 105,000 meter square of building area.
