One-day event offers potential buyers a feel of Ametis residences in Subang Bestari

Subang Bestari spans across 182ha of land in Section U5, Shah Alam.

With 90% of the development completed, the company is moving on to the final 8.5ha commercial phase in the pipeline.

Rosli said the township would see a broad range of offerings, ranging from affordable homes to high-end properties, meeting the needs of different market segments.

Other current projects within the township include the Amber residences – 41 bungalow units slated for completion in the third quarter of 2017.

The township is also accessible via major highways, including the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar), Batu Tiga-Sungai Buloh Highway as well as the Guthrie Corridor Expressway that links to the North-South Expressway.
