In collaboration with Mini Clubman by Auto Bavaria and Maybank branch in SS15 Subang Jaya, Worldwide Holdings Bhd recently organised a one-day event exclusive to its potential buyers at Ametis.
Themed “Exhibition of Quality”, the event aimed to showcase the quality of the project in terms of materials and workmanship.
“The homes are in ready-to-move-in condition and quality is assured, with an excellent Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score of 84% certification by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB),” said Worldwide Holdings general manager and property division head Rosli Ismail.
Guests at the event explored the serene living environment created by the developer and also had the chance to test drive the Mini Cooper Countryman car.
Targeted at those who seek a tranquil lifestyle, Ametis features a limited 20-unit semi-detached leasehold project on 1.32ha.
Located on higher ground, homeowners will be able to enjoy a scenic view of the Subang Bestari township.
“This premium project is low in density, with only seven units of houses per acre,”said Rosli, adding that this would be the last phase of semi-detached houses within the township.
With a space-oriented design in mind, the semi-detached units are available in four layouts with built-up areas ranging from 3,284sq ft to 3,743sq ft, priced from RM1.8mil onwards.
The units come with natural lighting ventilation features, rainwater harvesting as well as solar water heaters with booster pumps.

With 90% of the development completed, the company is moving on to the final 8.5ha commercial phase in the pipeline.
Rosli said the township would see a broad range of offerings, ranging from affordable homes to high-end properties, meeting the needs of different market segments.

The township is also accessible via major highways, including the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar), Batu Tiga-Sungai Buloh Highway as well as the Guthrie Corridor Expressway that links to the North-South Expressway.
“There is also an MRT station about 1km away, near the Kwasa Damansara development,” said Rosli.
