Bustling development in Puncak Bestari

WORLDWIDE Holdings Bhd is developing a robust real estate project in Puncak Alam with a gross sales target of RM312mil for this year.

To usher in the new year, the property developer organised a half-day event promoting its current properties as well as those in the pipeline.

They include Subang Bestari, Kapar Bestari, Residensi Alami Section 13, Shah Alam and Puncak Bestari in Puncak Alam.

The commercial project known as Jati 4, consisting of two and threestorey shop offices in Puncak Bestari, Puncak Alam, was also launched.

With lot sizes of 24X60 and 24×70, the commercial units are in close proximity to the housing area, and priced from RM1,080,000. Jati 4, the fourth and final phase of commercial units in Puncak Bestari, will be completed by this August.

The event attracted new and existing property buyers, who spent their Saturday afternoon browsing through Worldwide Holdings offerings and gaining new insight into the property market, thanks to a talk by property speaker Ahyat Ishak and Far Capital chief executive officer Faizul Ridzuan.

The developer also highlighted the second phase of its two-phase housing project, Cendana. The first phase of houses are already sold out.

Cendana has 208 units that are designed to provide better ventilation with wider living and dining areas for families. The 24×70 double-storey terrace houses are priced from RM568,000 and will be completed in the second quarter of the year.

Worldwide Holdings Bhd chief executive officer Datin Norazlina Zakaria said the event was to provide an opportunity for middle-income earners to see what was available in the market.

“We want to tell them that it is the right time to spend. We believe people should take this opportunity to invest,” she said.

She added that the company believed that Puncak Bestari would draw the younger generation because of its affordable and competitive prices. To ensure that homebuyers benefit from their purchases, Worldwide Holdings Bhd sells properties that are 40% into construction so that buyers will benefit from interest-saving.

By giving middle-income earners a chance to buy landed properties, the developer hopes to be able to widen the urbanisation map.

With two projects set for completion this year, Worldwide is giving out special offers which include 0% down payment and easy payment methods.

Puncak Bestari lies on a 50ha land that offers low-density development with landed properties and commercial units. Buyers will benefit from the rapid development in surrounding areas such as Tasik Puncak Bestari, Masjid Puncak Alam, Tesco and Universiti Teknologi Mara, which are connected by upgraded roads, Latar Highway, Guthrie Corridor and the proposed DASH Highway.
