Tender Requirement(s):

Company(s) must be incorporated in Malaysia and owned 100% by Malaysians with valid licenses registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

  1. Company(s) registered & active with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), with the Principal Engineer must be registered as Professional Engineer with valid Practicing Certificate (PEPC).
  2. Company(s) shall possess proven and verifiable experience in undertaking works or services in the civil and structure (C&S) works, particularly in geotechnical works related to development of sanitary landfill for the past ten (10) years.
  3. Company(s) wishing to participate must attend the mandatory tender briefing and site visit. The date and time will be communicated at a later stage. 
  4. Company(s) wishing to participate in this tender exercise must register in e-WOPS system and submit their tender, including but not limited to price bid and all associated supporting documents. A digital (softcopy) submission via the tender portal is MANDATORY. Hardcopy submissions (if any) will not be considered.
