| Tender Requirement(s) | : | i. Participating Company(s) shall be duly incorporated Company under the Laws of Malaysia. The Contractor involved must be registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), valid and active throughout the tender period and contract duration.
ii. The Company(s) submitting the tender shall be 100% Malaysian-owned, duly registered with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), and shall possess all valid, active licenses, registrations, and statutory approvals as required under prevailing Malaysian laws and regulations.
iii. The Tenderer shall demonstrate proven capability and relevant experience in similar or related works/services. Such experience may be derived from the Tenderer’s direct operations and/or through verifiable experience of at least Five (05) years from its strategic partners/vendors, joint venture members, or consortium participants.
iv. All tenderers who wish to participate in this tender must register and submit their tender, including but not limited to price bid and all associated supporting documents. |
