Participation Eligibility

• Tenderer shall be a legally registered company incorporated in Malaysia and possess all relevant licenses, permits and registrations required for the execution of the Works.
• Tenderer shall possess a valid CIDB Registration Certificate under Grade G7.
• Tenderer shall have successfully completed similar road works, bridge works, infrastructure works and/or civil engineering projects within the last five (5) years.
• Tenderer shall demonstrate adequate financial capability to undertake and complete the Works.
• Tenderer shall possess adequate technical expertise, manpower, plant and equipment necessary for the execution of the Works.
• Tenderer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory requirements and anti-corruption requirements. The Tenderer shall demonstrate its ability to obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, approvals and registrations necessary for the execution and completion of the Works throughout the Contract Period.
