
Petaling Jaya, 8 December 2022 – Worldwide Holdings Berhad has made a triumphant return to this year’s HR Asia Awards Ceremony, taking away two prominent awards at the prestigious ceremony organized by HR Asia at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya today.
The Selangor state’s conglomerate is once again honoured with Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022 (Malaysian chapter) award after having been selected for the same recognition in 2015 for its maiden participation in this awards recognition programme that celebrates companies with the best HR practices, and which demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.
Aside from the recurring recognition, Worldwide Holdings has also been selected as the recipient of HR Asia Digital Transformation Awards 2022, for demonstrating exemplary efforts in enhancing employees experience within the organization through various digital transformation initiatives.
Raja Farah Diba Raja Abdul Rashid, Head of Corporate Communications, and Jefreesyafrizal Ibrahim, Senior Manager Human Resources accepted the awards from HR Asia on behalf of Worldwide Holdings during the ceremony.

Commenting on the company’s selection as the recipient of the Digital Transformation Awards, Jefreesyafrizal said, “Today, technology and digitalization are very important part for the future of Worldwide Holdings’ workforce and businesses. The recent pandemic has accelerated our digital transformation efforts which include the application of online systems, supported by digitization of data, cloud storage and big data, resulting to the establishment of a digital culture across the Group, with digital interaction being a norm now among the employees.”
