The flag-off ceremony was an honour bestowed by the Crown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, alongside the Chief Minister of Selangor, Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, and the CEO of PKNS, Dato Mahmud bin Abbas.
