SHAH ALAM, 9 June 2025 - Kelab Sukan & Rekreasi Worldwide Holdings recently organised a Program Ibadah Korban with staff in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration at the Mercu Worldwide compound.
As part of the programme, portions of the sacrificial meat were distributed to asnaf fakir miskin in PPRT Seksyen 27 and PPRT Hicom, Shah Alam. Additional contributions were distributed to asnaf in Bukit Beruntung through representatives from Lembaga Zakat Selangor.
The event was further enriched by a special tazkirah session in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha, delivered by Ustaz Mohammad Rizal Sabran. In his message, he reminded attendees of the importance of embodying the spirit of sacrifice in daily life, especially in fostering unity and compassion for those in need.
Group Chief Executive Officer, YBhg Datin Paduka Norazlina Zakaria, also joined the occasion to celebrate with staff and enjoy the specially prepared dishes. Among the meals served were hearty beef soup and curry, cooked fresh after the meat-cutting session.
