SHAH ALAM, 17 December 2025 - The Group Risk & Governance division organised an Integrity Talk aimed at strengthening awareness and understanding of ethical conduct in the workplace.
The session was delivered by Hajah S. Normalis Abd Samad from YMS Consultant, who shared practical perspectives on the importance of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in daily work practices. Participants were encouraged to reflect on how ethical behaviour supports trust, shapes a healthy working culture, and contributes to long-term organisational success.
The talk was followed by an engaging question-and-answer segment, where participants actively exchanged views and raised thoughtful questions, leading to meaningful and constructive discussions.
To reinforce the key messages, the session concluded with a fun and interactive quiz. This activity allowed participants to test their understanding while maintaining a lively and participative atmosphere, bringing the session to a positive close.
