SHAH ALAM, 15 December 2025 — Worldwide Holdings Berhad (WHB) proudly introduced the Auto Drive-Thru Recycling Centre (ADTREC) at the Selangor State Secretariat (SUK), marking a new step in encouraging recycling practices among civil servants and the public while supporting higher recycling rates in Malaysia.
The launch ceremony was officiated by Y.B. Dato’ Ng Suee Lim, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Local Government and Tourism, together with Y.B. Puan Jamaliah Binti Jamaluddin, State Executive Councillor for Public Health and Environment. The event was also graced by YBhg. Datin Paduka Norazlina Zakaria, Group Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Holdings Berhad.
ADTREC offers a convenient drive-thru recycling experience designed to make recycling simpler and more accessible. By driving in and depositing recyclable items directly into the facility, users can take part in responsible waste management with ease.
This initiative reflects Worldwide Holdings Berhad’s ongoing efforts to encourage practical recycling habits through the use of modern solutions, while supporting environmental sustainability in Selangor.
