KUALA LUMPUR, 8th October 2025 - The Selangor Agenda for Green Economy (SAGE) was officially launched at the opening of the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2025, marking a major milestone in the state’s pursuit of sustainable and balanced growth.
The launch was graced by DYTM Tengku Amir Shah, Raja Muda Selangor, who officiated the ceremony, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation, YAB Dato' Sri Haji Fadillah Yusof, and Menteri Besar of Selangor, YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.
SAGE charts a clear pathway for Selangor’s transition towards carbon neutrality by 2050. This decade-long roadmap leverages sustainable, renewable, and new energy portfolios to reinforce Selangor’s position as ASEAN’s leading trade and investment hub.
